Just saw josh. Last time he came in for a cut he measured my body fat % for me. I had him do it today too. Down 3%! That’s huge. And it makes me feel good about what im doing. So I guess ill keep doing it. I’ve been hitting 500 the last 2 days. So ill go twice more this week and do that each day. I like results. And finally I feel like im really seeing them.

my grandmother is not eating. apparently she hasnt eaten since sunday. i went to visit her last weekend. and she looked so frail and small and thin. just, a shell of herself. the nursing home has hospice ready, just in case. they have alot of rules set in that the family has made sure of in case something like this were to happen. basically she has a DNR and no feeding tube, and no medication to...

im not a big t-shirt fan. im a tank top girl all day every day. i find t-shirt sleeves to be too tight, too constricting, and i dont like the way most t-shirts fit me. theyre usually either too long or too short or too blousy and un structured or too tight, its hard for me to find a good perfect in between t-shirt.
a few years ago i bought 2 t-shirts at kohls (brown and dark blue) on a whim....
